Dancer Series - Pull Up

We've heard it before - Stomach in, Butt under, Straight knees, and Flat back! (and usually instilling a little fear along the way)

But what does that leave us with? 

An anxious, tight, robotic and forced exterior with a gripped, compressed and strained interior.

This three-class series for dancers will focus on how to initiate "pulling up" without gripping, clenching, or straining the rest of the body for a more functional and healthy connection. 

I promise, there is a better way, we just have to go deeper!
